Tikka Masala

Ingredients

1 – 1½ kgmeat, cut into small cubes
2–3 tbspgarlic paste
½ cupoil
½ cupwater

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine garlic paste, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix well into a smooth paste.
  2. Add the meat cubes to the paste and coat them evenly.
  3. Marinate the meat for 3–4 hours in the refrigerator for best flavor.
  4. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
  5. Grill on very low heat, turning occasionally to cook all sides evenly.
  6. Lightly brush the meat with oil while grilling.
  7. Continue grilling until the meat is fully tender and cooked through.
