Tikka Masala
Ingredients
| 1 – 1½ kg | meat, cut into small cubes |
| 2–3 tbsp | garlic paste |
| ½ cup | oil |
| ½ cup | water |
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic paste, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix well into a smooth paste.
- Add the meat cubes to the paste and coat them evenly.
- Marinate the meat for 3–4 hours in the refrigerator for best flavor.
- Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
- Grill on very low heat, turning occasionally to cook all sides evenly.
- Lightly brush the meat with oil while grilling.
- Continue grilling until the meat is fully tender and cooked through.
