Chicken with Coconut
Ingredients

| 3 | red tomatoes |

| 1 | chicken cut into 8 pieces |

| 5 spoonfuls | of peanut oil |
| 2 spoonfuls | of tomato concentrate |
| 400 ml | of coconut milk |
| 500 ml | of water |
| 150 g | of peanuts |
| 2 | Renzo Chicken Cubes |
Instructions
- Lightly fry the chicken cut into 8 pieces in 5 spoonfuls of peanut oil.
- When it starts to golden, add the onion chopped into fine rings, the peeled and crushed tomato and the 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate. Add the chopped chilli, the coconut milk and the water with the 2 Renzo Chicken Cubes. Leave to boil for 40 minutes.
- Grind the peanuts in the grinder and add them to the sauce, stirring to avoid it sticking to the bottom. This dish can be accompanied with white rice.
